5. Refunds and Cancellations

Consulting Services:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Late cancellations may incur a charge or forfeiture of fees.

Online Tutorial Services:
Access to digital or downloadable content is generally non-refundable once materials or recordings have been made available, except as required by law.

If for any reasons, there is need to cancel a class, 24 hours notify is required either from the parents/guidance you will not be charged or the option to reschedule.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Threedconsulting, including written content, videos, slide decks, graphics, assessments, and course materials, remain our exclusive intellectual property (or that of our instructors).

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use materials for personal or internal business purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of our materials without prior written consent.

• Access periods may vary depending on the programme and will be clearly communicated before enrolment.

• After access expires, materials, recordings, and other services may no longer be available unless renewed.

b. Learning Outcomes:
Our courses and training programmes are designed to support professional growth and learning. However, we do not guarantee any specific results, job placements, or business outcomes following completion.

c. Online Conduct:
When participating in online sessions, webinars, or classes, you agree to:

• Maintain a professional and respectful attitude toward instructors and participants;

• Not record, broadcast, or distribute sessions without written consent;

• Not share access links, passwords, or course materials publicly or with unauthorised persons.

We reserve the right to remove participants from courses or online sessions if they breach these conduct rules or disrupt the learning environment, without refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We make no guarantees regarding the specific outcomes of consulting, coaching, or educational services;

• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profit, business opportunity, or goodwill;

• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
